At Sider Lehenga, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Unboxing video is mandatory for return approval

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized or altered products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Sale or discounted items

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
